After nearly six years waiting tables, I've served A-list actors, musicians, and politicians. Enough of them that the shine wore off fast.

Now I want to flip the script. The goal? Make such an impression that I become the story they tell on their next talk show.

Which is exactly why, when I spotted Chris Evans on the streets of LA, I walked straight up to him and said:

"So sorry to bother, but could you take a picture OF my friends and me?"
