That's the patent-pending name of my memoir.

After nearly six years waiting tables, I've served A-list actors, musicians, and politicians. Enough of them that the shine wore off fast.

So now my goal is to flip the script – to be so memorable that they're the ones hopping on their next talk show to tell the story about their encounter with me.

Which is exactly why, when I spotted Chris Evans on the streets of LA, I walked straight up to him and said:

"So sorry to bother, but could you take a picture OF my friends and me?"
